The Penn Hills Board of School Directors is seeking to collect letters of interest from residents of the Municipality of Penn Hills through Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in consideration of being appointed to Mr. Yusef Thompson, Sr.’s remaining term through the first Monday of December 2021.

Given the record-breaking numbers of COVID-19 cases confirmed over the weekend for Allegheny County, I have alerted our Board of School Directors this morning that I am withdrawing my recommendation to combine Hybrid A and B groups to form a 4-day option...
I am happy to report that our Board of School Directors has given our District Team authorization to start moving toward increased onsite instructional time for those families who want this option. *Please allow me to be very clear, however, that any/all shifts will be contingent on local conditions, which will continue to be monitored very closely.
The technology department has created a document to help answer many questions, such as logging into the device, district passwords, and more... including accessing the Clever portal which is the first stop all students should make on the internet after signing in.
